Rugile Rinkeviciute
Rugile, also known as Sparkumi, is a Lithuanian freelance illustrator that is currently based in Wales. Rugile has a passion for character design, 2D video game art, and merchandise. Her art-style is inspired by video games and Japanese fashion. Rugile creates her work in hopes that it brings attention to important issues such as mental health. This can be seen in her 2020 print project that centres around showing people how important self-care is. Rugile is a motivated and hardworking artist that is eager to share her work with the world.
