Helen Murphy
Helen is an illustrator based in South Wales. She draws inspiration from 90s nostalgia, horror movies and gaming paraphernalia. Her work predominantly focuses on things she was interested in as a child such as cartoons, games or toys. Helen has a passionate interest in lowbrow and pop surrealist art and enjoys the juxtaposition of dark undertones and pastel colour palettes. Throughout her journey with Illustration, she has seen her abilities grow in strength and her confidence in her work improve. Helen is keen to continue pursuing her interest in Illustration, hoping to build on her experience, knowledge and ability.
