Emily Waters also known as Luka Lu Draws is an illustrator based in South Wales.
With a wide range of interests, Emily mainly focuses on illustrations aimed at children therefore, creating illustrations with a cute and quirky style.
Emily aims to work for a children’s magazine in the future, creating a range of colourful spreads for people to enjoy. Just like her Final Major Project in which she wants to complete and potentially publish in the future.
